المسؤوليات:

  1. تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات: وضع خطط لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
  2. التفاعل مع العملاء: بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وتقديم العروض التقديمية.
  3. إجراء المكالمات البيعية: التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين والعملاء الحاليين عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني.
  4. إدارة الحسابات: الحفاظ على بيانات العملاء وتحديثها بشكل دوري.
  5. تحليل السوق: مراقبة الاتجاهات السوقية وتقديم تقارير مفصلة.
  6. التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات: التفاوض على الأسعار والشروط وإتمام الصفقات.
  7. تحقيق الأهداف البيعية: السعي لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة من قبل الإدارة.

المؤهلات:

  1. الخبرة: يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات.
  2. المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التفاوض.
  3. التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

المتطلبات:

  1. رخصة قيادة: قد تتطلب الوظيفة وجود رخصة قيادة سارية.
  2. اللغات: يفضل إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بجانب اللغة العربية.
  3. المرونة: القدرة على العمل في مواعيد مرنة والقدرة على السفر إذا لزم الأمر.

The Head of IT is responsible for overseeing the entire Information Technology function within the organization. This role involves managing the IT team, developing and implementing IT strategies that support the company’s goals, ensuring the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, and leading technology projects. The Head of IT will also work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the business objectives. Continuously assess and improve IT policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing data protection, and conducting regular security audits.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and resource allocation.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure the best possible service and value.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably as a Head of IT or IT Director.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Experience in managing IT teams and leading projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in IT budgeting and cost management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
